UNITED MMA'S- STEVE KOZOLA WINS BY SUBMISSION

 

 

Steve Kozola, a member of United MMA gained a 1st Round victory by Submission when he defeated Chris Johnson, a member of Combat Zone Jujitsu.

Kozola:

 

Performance:

 

"I feel great. Chris Johnson is a tough kid, he caught me with a good overhand right, that kind of woke me up and made me realize I was in a fight," said Kozola.

 

Submission:

 

"I work with a bunch of great wrestlers but I made a mistake and didn't drop my hips and he took advantage of that. Luckily I was able to get in guard, get the sweep over, get a mount and he gave me his back," said Kozola.

 

"So it was quick and it was fun and I really appreciate Chris Johnson for taking this fight," said Kozola.

 

Future:

 

"I just want to keep fighting, keep working. I have a lot to improve on and I feel with the camp that I'm with that I'm improving every day. I love the team I work with and everybody that I represent. It's only fun and I appreciate FCE for letting me come back," said Kozola.
