"MAYHEM" LOSES LAQUINN SWIFT, MAIN EVENT STILL TO BE ANNOUNCED

FCE fighter and No.3 Ranked Lightweight Contender Laquinn Swift will not be able to fight on Nov.1st "MAYHEM" at Shark City in Glendale Heights against the current Champion Guillermo Serment. Swift is a collegiate wrestler and a dedicated fighter on the off-season but cannot take a fight during wrestling season. "I was upset that Serment had to back out of the fight for NO MERCY and thought my schedule would be okay for Nov.1st but now, I can't make it. It sucks, I feel I worked hard to be right there at the top and now I can make it there. I hope FCE gives me a chance once my (wrestling) season is over." Swift stated.

Without Laquinn Swift, FCE’s MAYHEM is scrambling for someone to step in to face Serment for the Lightweight Title. Serment was victorious beating out 7 of the top fighters last June to be claimed the champ. Now that Serment has dominated the top 5 Lightweights in the division including Lance Surma, Miguel Quinonez and John Paserella, FCE looks for a chance for upcoming talent to step in.

FCE Lightweight Newcomer, Phil Hunter is making an impressive run and faces one of his hardest fights yet on October 4th. FCE was also interested in one-time FCE fighter Elvin Brito who won in knock-out fashion last January and has been dominant on the smaller circuit but FCE is having problems with scheduling with his management. Is this a joke? Phillip Hunter is already dominating the lightweight div and its only a matter of time until he TAKES the belt from Serment. After a victory this Saturday, he would be the smart choice to plug in for NOV fight for title. PHILLIP HUNTER WILL DOMINATE ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

They wont be able to avoid Elvin Leon brito at 155lbs for ever. most of these guys also fight in all the smaller curcuit. its unavoidable. El bandido already crashed through the power fights semi-finals at PF5. soon we'll see who's Truly among the best at 155 in Illinois..
